The Restaurant, located on the first floor of the west side of the Center Hotel, has a total of around 240 seats, including 7 banquet halls of different sizes and different styles which could accommodate 180 people dining. Tianlun Restaurant takes roasted duck as its specialty dish, Shandong-style cooked dishes as its base, supplemented by other dishes. As a national-level special-class hotel, presently the Restaurant has copies 2 restaurants of Tianlun series in Yantai: Zhichu Tianlun Restaurant and Yangma Island Tianlun Restaurant.

Tianlun roast ducks are cooked with Beijing ducks and by the combination of the whole process of cooking Beijing roast ducks and the innovation of furnace-hanging roasting technique. The roast ducks, placed in special lotus-leaf cake and hollow griddle cake and showing date bordeaux color, have tender meat, oil-free skin, fat but not greasy, melted just on your tongue. Their delicious taste has received high praises from the epicures and established fame in Yantai region with an annual sales amount over 30000 ducks.
